The Wellwood is an excellent facility to host any occassion! We can accomodates parties from 10 - 400. Call us for details! General Information Reservations & Deposits Reservation dates are booked on a first come first serve basis and are secured by remitting a deposit. A 20% deposit of the estimated food bill can be made to secure a date for your event. (ex. 100 Guests @ $25 = 2500 x .20 = $500) This amount will be credited toward your final bill. Menu A tentative menu is requested at the time that your reservation is made. To ensure that all menu items will be available, clients must notify the banquet coordinator of the final guest count with menu choices one week prior to the event. Guarantee The final guarantee shall not be less than the original count on the signed contract. If the final guest count is lower than the original estimate, the client is responsible for payment in full. The final bill will be based on the guaranteed count or actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. Service Charge & Room Charges All contracts are subject to an 18% service charge on all items. There is not a separate room charge at this time.

Taxes All contracts are subject to 6% Maryland Sales Tax. State law requires that Sales Tax be charged on Service Charges. Non-profit organizations must provide a valid Sales Tax ID number. Decorations If you would like to decorate the room/tables please make arrangements with the banquet coordinator in advance. If items are to be fastened to walls you may only use tape - no nails or tacks of any kind. Payment Payment in full is due the day prior to your event unless other arrangements have been made in advance. The final payment must be made with cash, money order or credit card. Payment is required on the day of your event for any additional expenses.
